Browns Wood is a district in the civil parish of Walton, Milton Keynes within Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England.
Walton Parish Council [1] is the first tier of local government serving those living, attending and working in this area of Milton Keynes.
The Office of National Statistics designated urban sub-area (map) called "Browns Wood" is far bigger than the district of that name. It consists of that part of Milton Keynes that is east of the River Ouzel, but south of the Walnut Tree urban sub-area (which see). The Walnut Tree and Browns Wood urban sub-areas together approximate to that part of the former Newport Pagnell Rural District that is west of the River Ouzel).
The districts included are Caldecotte, Tillbrook and Browns Wood. (Old Farm Park did not exist at the date of designation and is thus excluded).
